Database Update November 2021

A new database update is ready for download, the one dated 01 December 2021. The Crash Recovery System has been expanded this month with a variety of new vehicles, and a number of existing CRS Rescuesheets have been improved. The Agricultural Vehicles category has been expanded with eight New Holland tractors, and the Motorhomes and Buses category with several Dethleffs motorhomes and, among others, the Caetano H2.City Gold hydrogen bus.

The Volvo FH LNG, equipped by Groot RMO Techniek with a battery pack called Addvolt, has been added to the truck category. This battery pack is not used for propulsion, but to power the trailer’s cooling system. The registration number of this truck has been specially linked in the CRS because these types of options are often not registered in the RDW number plate register. As a result, the user of the CRS is correctly informed at all times. Of course, there are also new passenger cars, including the electric BMW iX and a converted Range Rover. One vehicle we have even added in two categories is the iconic Mercedes-Benz Unimog in 14 versions.
