A new database update of the Crash Recovery System is available for download; it concerns the October update with version number 31-Oct-2023-01. This update adds new vehicles to the CRS, and several existing CRS Rescue sheets are improved.
The world’s very first hybrid fire truck, the Rosenbauer RT Hybrid, has been added to the CRS database and can be found in the Trucks category. This Plug-In Hybrid is already used by corps from many countries during operations.
Newly added to the Cars and Vans category are the Chevrolet Equinox EV (North America), Dacia Logan sedan 2021, Honda CR-V e:HEV, Honda CR-V e:PHEV, Honda e:Ny1, Honda ZR-V, Honda ZR-V e:HEV, LDV T60 (Pacific), Maserati Grecale, Maserati MC 20 Cielo and Tesla Model 3 (Facelift).
Once again, two electric Buses from Ebusco are included in the database. They are the 2.2 LF 12M models for the cities of Bocholt and Ulm.
Finally, the ECE Megabox mobile energy storage system has been added to the Energy Storage Systems category.
